Warranty Policy

1-YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Every Atlas piece is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED

Clasps, lobster clasps, or closures that fail under normal use, stones that fall out without impact or accidental damage, chains that break at a link under normal wear, structural defects in the metal or finish that were not caused by an accident.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Accidental damage including crushing, bending, or impact, loss or theft, normal surface wear and minor scratches over time, damage caused by chemicals including perfume, bleach, or chlorine.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Email contact@atlasmens.com with your order number and 3 to 4 clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim within 24 hours and ship your replacement within 48 hours of approval.

DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL

If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. This is handled separately from the manufacturer's warranty but with the same commitment — we replace it within 48 hours of confirmation.

ABUSE PREVENTION

Atlas monitors warranty and return patterns. Accounts showing atypical or excessive claim behavior, including repeated claims without photographic evidence, may have future claims reviewed more carefully or refused, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

This warranty applies to all purchases made on atlas-mens.com regardless of country of residence, and is in addition to any statutory rights provided by applicable local law.
