The piece
The cord is braided waxed rope in black, 3mm wide, with a smooth surface and a soft, flexible drape. It has enough body to hold its shape around the neck without feeling stiff, and it stays quiet against the skin.
The ends are finished into a compact cylindrical clasp in polished stainless steel, a material known to resist rust and corrosion through daily wear. The contrast is simple: matte black cord, one bright point of steel at the nape.
How to wear it
With a white tee it reads as a clean black line at the collarbone; under an open shirt it stays mostly hidden, which is the point. Pair it with a steel watch or a leather bracelet for an easy all-black-and-steel stack, or thread on a pendant and let the cord do the quiet work. It suits everyday wear, travel and weekends more than black tie.
Choosing your size
Lengths are 16", 18", 20", 22" and 26". For most men, 20" sits just below the collarbone and works with or without a pendant; 16" and 18" sit high on the neck for a closer fit, while 22" and 26" drop toward the chest and give a pendant room to hang. If you plan to add a pendant, going one length longer keeps it visible below an open collar.

We recommend taking it off first. The stainless steel clasp resists rust and corrosion, but the waxed cord lasts longer when kept dry.

Wipe the cord and clasp with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before storing it flat.
