The piece
The ring is constructed from 316L steel, then plated with 18K gold for a deep, consistent color. A rectangular piece of polished black or white stone is set flush into the face, creating a single, continuous surface.
The face of the ring feels perfectly smooth and glassy to the touch, with no discernible edge between the metal and the stone inlay. The wide, flat top gives the ring a distinct presence on the hand.
