- Lay a ring you wear on that finger on the ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in millimetres.
- Find that diameter in the table below.

- Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure it in millimetres: that is the circumference. Find it in the table below.

The band is tungsten carbide, one of the hardest materials used in men's rings, which is why it holds its finish far better than softer metals, and it does not rust. The outer surface is brushed black with beveled edges, so light rolls off the sides instead of flashing. The black and the blue are plated finishes, and we say so.
A single blue groove runs around the center of the band. Inside, the ring carries the same blue with a TUNGSTEN CARBIDE marking. At 8mm wide it sits broad across the finger, and the smooth inner surface keeps it comfortable through a long day of work, driving and everything in between.
How to wear it
Wear it alone on the ring finger as a wedding or commitment band, or on the index finger with a black or steel watch for a matched look. Yes, tungsten carbide does not rust, so salt water and sweat are fine. Dry it with a soft cloth to restore the brushed black look.

How do I size the 8mm blue groove ring?

No. This ring comes in US 6, 8, 9, 11 and 12 only. If you wear a 10, take 11: an 8mm band sits close on the finger, so the larger size passes the knuckle more easily.
What is written inside the ring?

How much blue shows when I wear it?
Only a thin line. The groove runs around the center of the brushed black band; the rest of the blue is on the inside, against your finger.
Is tungsten heavier than titanium?
Yes, much heavier. Tungsten carbide is roughly three times as dense as titanium, so this 8mm band feels solid on the hand where a titanium ring feels almost weightless.
Does brushed black show fingerprints?
Less than a mirror finish. The brushed black is matte and low-glare, so fingerprints and fine marks show less than on a polished ring.
