You need a strip of paper (or a string or shoelace), a pen and a ruler.
With a ring that fits (most accurate)
- Lay a ring you wear on that finger on the ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in millimetres.
- Find that diameter in the table below.
With a strip of paper
- Wrap the strip around the base of your finger: it must still slide over the knuckle.
- Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure it in millimetres: that is the circumference. Find it in the table below.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
No ruler? A bank card is 8.6 cm (3.4") long: count how many fit along your strip.

Half sizes sit halfway between two rows (about 0.4 mm of diameter).
Good to know: measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger. Wide bands (8 mm and more) feel tighter: if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
One smooth curve, three widths, and no edge to dig in.
Atlas was built for the load. Some pieces are built the same way: simple, sound, made to be worn rather than admired. This is a smooth domed band in stainless steel that sits flat on the finger and curves gently at the edges, so it never digs in. The polished surface picks up light in a clean line. Choose 4mm, 6mm or 8mm, in silver, gold-tone or black, and wear it as a wedding band, a signature ring or both.
- Shower, gym, beach: no need to remove it
- Three widths: 4mm, 6mm, 8mm
- Silver, gold-tone or black
Details & specs
Made from stainless steel, a material that holds its shape and resists rust and corrosion through daily wear, hand washing and weather. The band is one continuous piece with no seams or settings to catch on a sleeve. The profile is domed, so the surface curves from edge to edge and the inside rim stays smooth against the skin.
The finish is polished to an even, mirror-like shine. Silver is the steel's own color; gold-tone and black are plated finishes, and we say so. The 4mm is a slim everyday band, the 6mm is the balanced middle and the 8mm has a bolder presence on a larger hand. All three keep the same gentle dome and the same comfort.
How to wear it
Wear the 4mm alone on the ring finger as a simple wedding or everyday band, or stack it next to a wider ring. The 6mm and 8mm sit well on the index or middle finger, balanced by a watch on the same side. Silver works with steel watches and a white tee; gold-tone warms up a navy suit; black stays low-key with all-black outfits.
Choosing your size
Ring sizes run from US 6 to 13 in whole sizes. If you already know your size, order it; if not, measure a ring you currently wear on that finger, or have the finger measured at a jeweler. Wider bands take up more space on the finger, so if you choose the 8mm and fall between sizes, go up one size. With the 4mm and 6mm, your usual size is the right starting point.
Why this piece
Made to stay on
Stainless steel does not rust and does not turn your skin green, so the band handles showers, workouts and hand washing without special treatment.
One ring, three widths
4mm for a subtle everyday band, 6mm for a balanced middle ground, 8mm for a bolder look on a larger hand.
For the man who carries everything
A gift for a father, a husband or a son, for a wedding or a milestone. If unsure, the 6mm in silver is the safest pick; match his size to a ring he wears. You have 30 days to return it.

Questions
Does the domed band's curved profile make it comfortable to wear all day, including at the gym?
Yes. The dome curves gently at the edges so it never digs in, and stainless steel does not rust in the shower or at the beach. Dry it with a soft cloth to keep the polish bright.
4mm, 6mm or 8mm: which domed band width suits my hand?
4mm is the discreet classic and pairs well with another ring. 6mm is the balanced middle for most hands. 8mm has real presence and suits larger hands; for 6mm and 8mm, go one size up if you are between two sizes.
Will the gold-tone or black domed band keep its color on a ring worn every day?
Both are finishes over stainless steel made for daily wear. A ring rubs more than a chain, so keep hand cream, cleaning products and chlorine off it to help the color last; the silver version is bare steel with nothing to wear off.
Is the black version polished too?
Yes. All three colors share the same mirror-like polish: silver is the steel itself, while gold-tone and black are plated finishes.
Can I wear two widths together?
Yes. A 4mm next to a 6mm or 8mm makes an easy stack, since all three share the same dome and polish.
Is there a seam on the band?
No. The band is one continuous piece with no seams or settings to catch on a sleeve.
Does a mirror polish show marks?
Sooner than a brushed finish, so expect light surface marks with daily wear. A soft cloth keeps the shine, and on the silver version a jeweler can re-polish the steel.
