The hoop measures about 4mm wide and 9mm across, with a flat outer face and rounded inner edge so nothing digs into the lobe. A hinged bar clicks into the opposite side, giving a closed, seamless look from the front and a secure hold from behind.

Will the finish wear off?
The color is applied by electroplating, so like any plated finish it can wear over years of heavy friction. Keep it away from perfume, chlorine and abrasive cleaners to keep the surface looking new.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry it fully before putting it back in.
Is it heavy or uncomfortable?
