A stainless steel alloy. It does not rust and does not blacken the way silver or brass can.

Gold and black tones are a plated finish. A rinse after the pool or the sea and a quick wipe with a soft cloth keep the color even.

The band is made from titanium steel, a hard, corrosion-resistant alloy that holds a polish well and stands up to daily handling. The full dome profile means there are no sharp edges anywhere on the ring, so it slides on easily and sits comfortably through a long working day, a workout and the drive home.

The color comes from an electroplated finish, available in black, silver, blue, gold-tone and rose gold-tone, and we say so plainly: it is a plated layer on steel. There is no inlay and no stone setting, so the whole surface is one continuous curve of polished metal. That simplicity is the whole design.

How to wear it

Silver and black sit well with a watch and a plain white tee for every day. Gold-tone and rose gold-tone warm up an open collar or a dark suit at a dinner or a wedding. Blue adds one quiet note of color to denim. Worn alone on the ring finger it reads like a wedding band; on the index finger beside a thinner ring it reads as a style choice.

Will the blue or rose gold-tone dome band hold up to daily showers?

The titanium steel underneath will not rust. Every color, silver included, is an electroplated layer, so dry the ring after water and keep harsh cleaners off it to keep the color even.

How do I size a wide domed band?

Go up one if you are between sizes or usually wear narrow rings, since a wide dome takes up more of the finger. Measure at the end of the day and check that it clears the knuckle.
