The piece
The pendant and chain are forged from 316 stainless steel, a material chosen for its resistance to corrosion. A layer of 18K gold is applied using Physical Vapor Deposition, bonding the gold to the steel for a uniform color and finish.
The pendant hangs from a thin, round snake chain, known for its fluid movement and resistance to kinking. The star's open design reduces its weight, allowing it to sit flat without pulling. A secure lobster clasp completes the chain.
