Can the flat cross studs stay in for training and the beach?
Yes. Stainless steel does not rust, so sweat, showers and the sea are fine. Rinse off soap and salt now and then to keep the vacuum-plated black and gold-tone even.
Is it too small for a man?
It is meant to be understated. 8mm is the better pick if you want the cross clearly visible; 6mm stays close to the lobe.
