Two stainless steel hands are pressed together, polished along the fingers and knuckles, with ridged sleeves at the wrists and dark recessed lines that keep the shape readable. The pendant is stainless steel, shaped into two hands pressed together. Polished surfaces run down the fingers and over the knuckles, while the lines between them are recessed and stay darker, so the form reads from a distance. Stainless steel does not rust, so the pendant handles sweat, showers and weather as part of an ordinary day.

Ridged sleeves at the wrists give the base texture. Above the hands, a wide, smooth bail carries the 2.5 mm square box chain, 20 in (50 cm) long, in the same tone as the pendant.
