The chain is made from stainless steel, a metal known for resisting rust and corrosion through daily wear, including the shower, the gym and a day at the beach. The links are twisted into the classic rope pattern, which gives the chain a spiral texture and a natural drape rather than a flat, stiff line around the neck.

The finish is applied by electroplating, in gold-tone or silver-tone, and we say so.
