PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
United States: 7 to 14 business days
United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days

SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for select destinations.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to update. International packages may show no movement for several days when passing through customs — this is completely normal.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Atlas ships internationally. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders under €150 within the European Union are not subject to additional duties.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at contact@atlasmens.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.
