This one is 6mm of stainless steel with a beveled edge on each side that draws a thin line of light when you move. Will water or the gym mark the polished bevels on the 6mm band?

Water will not hurt it, since stainless steel does not rust. Fine surface marks can appear on the polished bevels over time, as on any polished metal.

Is 6mm too wide for a daily ring?
