The box chain sits close to the neck in one smooth line, its square links breaking the light into short flashes rather than a wide shine. A 2-inch extender at the clasp lets you set the drop. Silver, gold-tone or rose gold-tone, in a 2mm or 3mm width.

Stainless steel box chain, made from uniform square links that lock together into a flat, even line. The square shape keeps its form instead of twisting like a rope chain. Stainless steel does not rust, so hands, sweat, showers and salt water are part of an ordinary day for it, and you can leave it on.
Silver is the natural steel; gold-tone and rose gold-tone are electroplated finishes. Each chain closes with a lobster clasp and carries a 2" (5cm) extender, so you can shorten or lengthen the drop by a couple of inches without changing the look. The 2mm is slim and minimal, the 3mm a touch more present.
