The chain is stainless steel, so the core does not rust. Each link is twisted into the classic rope pattern, which gives the chain a braided surface and a smooth, rounded profile against the neck. Water, sweat and salt do not harm the steel underneath, so the chain can stay on day and night.
The gold-tone is a plated finish over the steel, and we say it plainly. Choose 3mm for an everyday chain or 5mm for a heavier look. Both ends are capped and closed with a lobster clasp that opens with one hand. Clean lines, no logos, nothing to snag on a collar.

Yes. Water, sweat and salt do not harm the stainless steel core. After the pool or the sea, rinse it in fresh water so the gold-tone stays even.
Will the gold-tone hold up?
