The piece
The band is made from titanium steel and carved with an uneven, faceted surface, so light breaks across it instead of reflecting in one sheet. A black finish sits in the recesses and makes the rune symbols and texture stand out against the steel color.
The inside of the band is left smooth and polished, which keeps the ring easy to slide on and comfortable through a long day. Titanium steel is a hard, corrosion-resistant alloy, so the ring holds its shape and color through regular wear.
How to wear it
Wear it on the index or ring finger with a white tee, denim and a leather jacket, where the dark texture does the work on its own. It also sits well next to a steel watch or a black leather bracelet, and it stays understated enough for an open-collar shirt at dinner.
