Made from 316L stainless steel, chosen for strength and because it does not rust. Each link is uniform and tightly set, so the chain lies flat instead of twisting and keeps its shape on the neck. It closes with a lobster clasp. Weight rises with width and length, from around 4 to 11 grams in 3mm up to 31 to 120 grams in 11mm.
Two finishes: polished silver, which is the natural color of the steel, and gold-tone, a plated finish for a warm gold look. Both share the same link and the same shape, so you can match the chain to your watch and rings rather than fight them. The pattern stays crisp in either color.
How to wear it
With a white tee and jeans, a 5mm or 7mm at 20" gives a clean, confident line. Under an open collar or a crew-neck knit, the 3mm shows without crowding the neckline. For a bolder look, put the 9mm or 11mm over a black tee and keep the rest simple: a steel watch or a matching bracelet on one wrist.

Lengths are 16", 18", 20", 22", 24" and 28". On most men, 20" (51cm) sits just below the collarbone; 22" to 24" (56 to 61cm) falls on the chest; 16" and 18" sit close to the base of the neck; 28" hangs low for layering. Widths: 3mm and 5mm are understated, 7mm is the everyday middle, 9mm and 11mm make a statement. Broad through the neck? Go one length up.

Yes. 316L stainless steel does not rust, so it goes into the shower, the gym and the sea with you. On the gold-tone version, a rinse in fresh water after the beach and a wipe with a soft cloth keep the color even.
How heavy is the 11mm?
It depends on the length: from roughly 31 grams at the shortest up to 120 grams at the longest. The 3mm runs from around 4 to 11 grams. Pick the 11mm if you want to feel the chain.
Which width suits a first chain?
The 5mm or the 7mm. Both read clearly over a tee yet sit easily under a shirt, which makes them the easiest to wear every day.
