The ring is made from titanium steel, a stainless steel alloy that resists rust and corrosion and holds a bright polish. The outer frame is high polished with flat, clean edges. Inside it sits a separate textured band made of small squared links that rotates around the finger, quietly enough that nobody at the table notices.
The center band comes in black, silver, gold-tone, blue, or silver and black. The silver is natural steel; the gold-tone, black and blue colors are plated finishes, and we say so. The inside of the shank is smooth and polished against the skin, so the ring stays comfortable through a long day of calls and typing.
How to wear it
Wear it on the index or middle finger with a white tee and a steel watch. With an open-collar shirt or a suit, keep it as the only ring on that hand. Can the textured spinner ring go to the beach?
Yes, titanium steel does not rust. Rinse it in fresh water afterward so sand does not sit between the squared links of the rotating band.
Will the spinning part loosen or wear out?
The center band is held inside the steel frame and is meant to rotate, so movement is normal. Rinse and dry it from time to time and it keeps turning smoothly.
Will the colored finishes last?
